Friendship Juice

Each person in the group brings in one cup of the juice of their choice (juices or clear drink works best). Then they are all poured together into a big punch bowl while singing a "friendship" song such as Make New Friends.

    Rissolles (Meatballs)

    Ingredients:

  • Forcemeat (mixed beef and pork)
  • 2 eggs
  • different vegetables: carrots, celery, peppers, anything you like
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper

  • Method:

There has to be as much vegetable as there are forcemeat. That way you won't have to use as much meat and your rissolles will be healthy! Mix the meat and diced vegetables, eggs, milk, salt and pepper until you get a good consistency and you can form small balls. Place the balls in a lightly oiled frying pan and cover for 20 minutes. Keep turning the balls until nicely browned. To make the meal completely Danish, serve them with fresh boiled potatoes and vegetables and a nice, thick gravy.
